Bangladesh E-Servicebook Company Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our") operates www.eservicebook.com.bd (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). The domain name is owned by Bangladesh E-Servicebook Company Ltd. a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1994(Act XVIII of 1994).

Our "Privacy Policy" also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at support@eservicebook.com.bd so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send.

However, you may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at support@eservicebook.com.bd

You may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase if you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service ("Purchase"), including but not limited to your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (a) have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and (b) the information you provide to us is true, correct, and complete.

For the purpose of enabling payment and the completion of Purchases, we may use third-party services. By entering your information, you allow us permission to share it with these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We retain the right to refuse or cancel your purchase at any time for a variety of reasons, including product or service availability, mistakes in the product or service description or pricing, an error in your order, or other reasons.

If we suspect fraud or an unauthorized or unlawful transaction, we retain the right to refuse or cancel your order.

Our website allows users to purchase all types of Servicebook, Smart Cards and sign up for paid subscriptions to our Services ("Purchase(s)"). The provisions of this Section 3 apply to all purchases.

Following receipt of relevant Fees, Bangladesh E-Servicebook Company Ltd. processes and sends E-servicebook and or Smart Cards. While Bangladesh E-Servicebook Company Ltd. will make commercially reasonable attempts to deliver the e-Servicebook and or Smart Card to you within the time frame specified in your purchase, Bangladesh E-Servicebook Company Ltd. will not be liable for any shipping delays unless they are caused by Bangladesh E-Servicebook Company Ltd.'s negligence.

Shipping Risk and Title:

When the units of the e-servicebook and or Smart Cards you ordered are delivered to your carrier or to your premises, the risk of loss or damage to such units passes to you (as applicable). Once you have paid in full for all applicable Fees indicated in your purchase you will receive title to the E-Servicebook and or Smart Cards you bought.

Damage to Servicebook's Card:

After delivery, users are fully responsible for their Smart Cards. Users of smart cards should avoid bending them or storing them at extreme temperatures.

Lost or Stolen Cards:

If your Smart Card is lost or stolen, you must immediately alert Bangladesh E-Servicebook Company Ltd. so that the card may be deactivated. Email support@eservicebook.com.bd to notify us.

We provide you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, restricted license to access and use our Services for your own personal networking reasons. The amount of your right of access and use may be determined by (a) whether you create an account with the Service, and (b) if you subscribe for premium services.

Public Profiles:

You understand and agree that making your contact information available through a "smart profile," which is a dedicated URL containing the contact and other information that you desire to share and that you may modify through the Service, is a major feature of the Service.

Updates to the Services:

We reserve the right to update, replace, or delete aspects or functionality of the Services at any time, with or without notice to you, implying that the Services will evolve over time.
